Arbikie Highland Estate is the world’s first single estate distillery producing vodka, gin and whisky. Arbikie’s story starts in the field where the 2000 acre farm owned by brothers John, Iain and David Stirling nurtures the crops that provide their distilling team with the best possible raw ingredients to make their world-class field to bottle spirits.

Arbikie is blessed with extraordinary soil and climate – located at Lunan Bay on the North East coast of Scotland. To the East, the powerful influence of sea and salt. To the West rolling fertile farmlands, mild climate with a backdrop of the Scottish highlands. The ingredients for all their spirits are selected, planted, sown, grown and harvested within an arm’s length of the distillery and their own source of pure Highland water is sweet and clear.

Named after their Master Distiller Kirsty Black who was recently listed in the top 10 female master distillers in the world, Kirsty’s Gin is unique in that it’s the first gin to be distilled from scratch using Arbikie’s own award winning potato vodka as the base spirit creating an incredibly smooth and delicate gin. Kirsty’s Gin uses three local botanicals – Kelp from the sea, Carline Thistle and Blaeberries, embodying the three elements of the distillery; the sea; the rock; and the land.
Kirsty’s gin is also 100% gluten free.

Beautifully delicate and crisp with notes of fresh sea air and citrus. Warm, spicy background – excellent balance.

Perfect Serve: Take a tall glass filled with ice. Add a generous measure of Kirsty’s Gin. Top up with a quality tonic. Garnish with six blueberries and a twist of lemon. Stir once with a bar spoon. Enjoy!
