Delivery Information
The last international economy courier collections to aim for pre- Christmas delivery will be Monday 9th December. The last international priority courier collections to aim for pre- Christmas delivery will be Friday 13th December. There is NO pre-Christmas delivery guarantee if dispatching on these dates as customs wait times can vary greatly especially at this time of year.
We try to ship as quickly a possible and usually within a day of receiving an order if placed by 12pm however we may not be able to ship same day if an order comes in after the daily courier collection – even for express or next day delivery.

UK Delivery
- Standard UK delivery (3-5 business days) is available free of charge for all orders over £75.
- Our Standard UK delivery charge for orders under £75 is £3.95. This covers most items but excludes some heavy weight and outsize products and heavier weight combined orders.
- Express UK delivery (1-2 business days) is also available for most products Mon-Thurs. Orders placed on a Friday will be generally be dispatched on Monday of the following week due to restricted service.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day guaranteed) is available on selected products Mon- Thurs only
International Delivery
We try to ensure our international shipping tariffs are as fair as possible. As the world is currently experiencing increased costs for transport, we may from time to time have to adjust our stated shipping costs in line with fluctuating carrier pricing. We will always contact to let you know if there is an increased cost associated with your order.
Import duties and taxes may be charged by customs in your own country and these will be payable by you in order for customs to release your goods. Please check this before placing your order to ensure you are aware of charges that may apply.

- Discounted saver delivery (3-5 days) for orders over £100 is £9.95 for orders below 1 kilo and £14.95 for orders over 1 kilo. Standard delivery (3-5 days) is £14.95 for orders below 1 kilo in or £19.95 for orders over 1 kilo. Sample delivery £3.50.
Europe Zone 2

- Discounted saver delivery (3-5 days) for orders over £100 is £9.95 for orders below 1 kilo, £14.95 for orders of 1-1.5 kilos and £24.95 for orders over 1.5 kilos and outsize orders. Standard delivery (3-5 days) is £14.95 for orders below 1 kilo, £19.95 for orders of 1-1.5 kilos and £29.95 for orders over 1.5 kilos and outsize orders. Sample delivery £3.50.
US & Canada
- Discounted saver delivery (5-7 days) for orders over £100 is £14.95 for orders below 1.5 kilos, £19.95 for orders of 1.5-2 kilos and £44.95 for orders over 2 kilos and outsize orders. Standard delivery (5-7 days) is £19.95 for orders below 1.5 kilos, £24.95 for orders of 1.5-2 kilos and £49.95 for orders over 2 kilos and outsize orders. Sample delivery £7.50.
Rest of the World
- Discounted saver delivery (5-7 days) for orders over £100 is £14.95 for orders below 1.5 kilos, £19.95 for orders of 1.5-2 kilos and £69.95 for orders over 2 kilos and outsize orders. Standard delivery (5-7 days) is £19.95 for orders below 1.5 kilos, £24.95 for orders of 1.5-2 kilos and £75.95 for orders over 2 kilos and outsize orders. Sample delivery £7.50.
