Own Art is an Arts Council supported initiative that aims to make contemporary art more accessible and easier to buy by providing interest-free loans for the purchase of original work.

Since 2004, the scheme has enabled more than 50,000 customers to buy the art they love. We are proud to be able to offer these fantastic interest free loans for purchases of contemporary original art from the Curious Egg Art Room.

Apply for an interest free loan of between £100 and £2500 for any original art purchase. You can split the payment evenly over 10 months interest-free. No deposit is required and you can take ownership of your new artwork right away! If the total amount is over the upper limit, you can put down a deposit and use Own Art as a part-payment. You can also add multiple works to the same loan and include framing and delivery in the total loan amount!
