Returns

We hope you are delighted with your order but we understand that from time to time you may need to return an item to us.

We offer a 30 day returns policy on all of our standard products (excludes made to order items – see Terms & Conditions page for further details).

If you need to return a product to us for any reason, please login to your account and submit a return request.  If you don’t have an account please contact us at hello@curiousegg.com quoting your order number and the reason for your return. We will issue you with a Return Authorisation (RMA) number for you to include with your return. We’ll process your exchange or refund as soon as we receive your returned product.
