Chinese artist Xin Song works in the medium of collage and found imagery| often sourced from disposable elements of modern media culture.
Her work interweaves messages about social and political upheaval into delicate constructions. As she finds each small piece from everyday magazines| she considers their role within the broader context of her work| giving new meaning to the impermanent and value to the disposable.
